I found the staff tried very hard, which charmed me. The well stocked bar provided a nice ambience.
The room card was not validated by the receptionist. This meant I had to return to the reception from several floors away with my luggage. I also only had one bed pillow in my room. It was almost without filling.

the location was convenient for accessing public transportation. the u-bahn and s-bahn station was a short walk away, providing easy access to attractions. the breakfast buffet had a generous selection. i appreciated that if i reused towels, i got free drinks.
the workspace in the room was a bit uncomfortable for extended use. the chair lacked proper support, and the desk space felt cramped.

The hotel provided a gym, though i didn't use it this trip. a bar was also available. It seemed like a nice spot to unwind after a long day, we loved the variety of drinks.
